Tay Giang Minerals Joint Stock Company

Tay Giang Minerals Joint-Stock Company was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 110300081 issued by Cao Bang Department of Planning and Investment on April 3rd, 2008; charter capital of 92 billion VND. The company operates mainly in mineral exploiting, processing and exporting, especially in manganese products.

The company has been exploiting many huge manganese mines such as: Khuong Village, Lung Lac and others in Cao Bang province. Up to now the company has possess up to 80 percent manganese reserves of Cao Bang area. Manganese ores in those mines are very good in quality: manganese content accounts for nearly 50 percent and Iron-carbon content is rather low; which produces the main source of materials for the company's sustainable exploitation and production. Recognizing the important link between operational efficiency and environmental protection, the company has built modern high-capacity production line system and strictly obeyed all rules in disposal progress.

Tay Giang Minerals JSC has finished setting up Phase 1 Ferrosilicon-manganese calcining furnace with capacity of 12,500 KWA and started manufacturing in March 2010 yielding 24,000 tons per year. The company is setting up the Second calcining furace - capacity 12,500KWA in quarter I of 2011 and planning to push it into manufature in Quarter IV. In general the total output will be approximately 40,000 tons per year..
